This Privacy Policy describes Covanta Energy and its current and future affiliates (“Covanta,” “we,” “our” or “us”) privacy practices with respect to the information we collect through this and any other websites operated by Covanta (the “Websites”). Your use of the Websites is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions.
Collection of Information
Personally Identifiable Information
We only collect personally identifiable information about you through the Websites when you voluntarily provide that information to us, including, but not limited to, when you provide payment information for services or contact us with questions or comments. The personally identifiable information that we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, credit card number, credit card expiration date, credit card CVV number, physical address, email address, and phone number. We may also collect a password to authenticate customers for some of our Websites.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. To make you aware of material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the date the Privacy Policy was last revised on the bottom of this page. We will not materially alter the use of personally identifiable information about you that we have already collected without contacting you directly and seeking your affirmative consent. Your California Privacy Rights
Users who reside in California and who have provided their personally identifiable information to Covanta may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests must be submitted to us in writing at the address in the “How Do You Contact Us?” section below.
This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve the right to not respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified below.
